Delivery

One price, one date, one delivery to your door. Customs and duties are already inside the figure you were quoted.

Last updated 18 September 2026

What the price includes

The figure on your proposal is the whole cost of getting the goods to you: production, decoration, export, freight, import duty and taxes, and delivery to the address you give us. There is no separate shipping line, no fuel surcharge, and no broker invoice arriving a fortnight later.

You pay once, and the goods arrive. If a carrier or customs agent ever asks you for money on a delivery from us, do not pay it — forward it to orders@golfeventgear.com and we will settle it.

One lead time, not two

We quote a single number of days that already contains both making the goods and moving them. Splitting the two only moves the risk onto you, so we don’t.

Your event date decides the pace. Rush, standard and economicare three different prices for the same goods, not a surcharge added at the end — the slower the route, the less the package costs. We set the pace from the days remaining when you first ask, and you can change it.

When the clock starts

The delivery date is counted from your approval of the formal mockup, not from the moment you pay. We send that mockup within 24 hours of the order.

The date we quoted assumes you approve within three business days. Approve later and the delivery date moves by at least as long — nothing is in production while we are waiting, and we will tell you the new date rather than quietly missing the old one.

Where we deliver, and to what kind of address

We deliver across the United States and to around sixty countries besides; the list is shown at checkout, and if yours is missing, ask — it usually means we have not yet confirmed a duty-paid route there, not that we cannot go.

  • We need a physical street address. We cannot deliver to a PO box, and an order with one will be held until you give us an alternative.
  • APO and FPO addresses go by postal service. They arrive, but slower than the quoted date — tell us in advance and we will build the extra time in.
  • A club, hotel or venue address is fine, but name a person who will be there to take the delivery, and check the venue accepts goods before the event week.
  • The address you give us is the address we ship to. Correcting it after dispatch is usually impossible and any carrier fee for the attempt is yours.

Tracking, and orders that arrive in parts

You get an email with tracking when the goods leave us. A large order may travel in more than one consignment — apparel and signage are made in different places — in which case every part is tracked, and every part is timed to land before your date.

Late, lost or refused deliveries

Once a consignment is with the carrier its movement is out of our hands, but the problem is not: tell us and we will chase it with you.

  • Marked delivered but not received, or lost in transit. Contact the carrier first and get a case number, then send it to us. Claims must be raised within 15 days of the delivery date; after that the carrier will not entertain them and neither replacement nor refund is possible.
  • Nobody there, or the delivery is refused. The carrier will try again and then hold the goods locally for collection. Arrange collection promptly: unclaimed consignments are eventually destroyed by the carrier, and because return freight and re-import duty on a custom order exceed its value, we do not accept them back. An abandoned consignment is not refunded.
  • Something is missing from the box. Email orders@golfeventgear.com with your order reference and a photograph of what arrived. See Returns for the 30-day window.

Dates we can and cannot promise

Every date on the site is an estimate made in good faith from the real production and transit times of the specific items in your package. We will not quote a date we do not believe. What we cannot do is guarantee against weather, customs inspection, carrier backlog or a national holiday in transit — which is precisely why the site refuses to offer a package your date cannot carry, rather than selling it to you and hoping.

Anything here that isn’t clear, ask us before you order — orders@golfeventgear.com. We would rather answer a question than settle a claim.
